Black cherries, red cherries and red plums backed by herbal notes and savoury spice. The palate is smooth and silky with a lovely body and incredible depth of flavours. Black cherries and blackberries dominate but intertwined is a mix of red cherries, licquorice and more spice. Silky tannins make for great texture and the length seems to go on forever. This is a great example for ageing wine past the first few years.
