100% Sangiovese. The nose is opulent with bright earthy notes combining with red apples (Gala?) and red cherries. The palate is a little chewy, only because it’s a baby and needs time…it is truly elegant with flavours of cherry (black red and sour) backed by amaro and iodine. Wonderful length it went forever.
