Like the Valpolicella Superiore this wine is constructed of predominately Corvina and Corvinone with Oseleta, Rondinella and a touch of Molinara for colour.
Who doesn't like great Amarone? This wine is ridiculously good. Aromas of Chocolate, mocha, blackberries, black plums and dried herbs. Red fruit explodes on the palate, soft silky delightful flavours and textures. Wrapped in delightfully delicate chewy tannins.
This is a baby, but is showing hints of greatness already.
