Aromas of tropical fruit, it might sound crazy but even a hint of Papaya backed by nectarines, vanillin and a hint of oak. The palate is divine, yellow peaches with a hint of Apricot stone then a full platter of stone fruit (Nectarines, Peaches, Apricots). Everything in balance. There is this line of saline minerality that runs the length of the palate and stitches everything together...making it perfect.
