New discovery (for me at least) out of the Barossa Valley, bloody lovely and value for the price.
The top of the glass is redolent with notes of pepper, gorgeous amaro intertwined with bramble and cloves. The palate is sensational, rich purple fruits of blueberries and just ripe blackberries, black cherries and earthy flavours. Its an absolute delight. Chalky tannins give this structure and it goes for days. Next glass please.
