Delicious Tassie Riesling, aromas of fresh squeezed lime and honeysuckle dominate. It is really quite a rich nose. Dredgy has let the juice ferment naturally, and left it on solids with some lees stirring.
The result? Wow! Beautifully creamy textures that contrast perfectly with rich fruit flavours mainly lime, more honeysuckle and a hint of spice. There is a vague hint of mineral chalkiness and the length is great...goes for days. This is definitely one of the Rieslings I am drinking this Summer.
