Ridiculously good Shiraz, especially for the price. At tasting we thought we were tasting a $30 Shiraz...pleasantly shocked that this wine is only $20.
In terms of $20 Shiraz, this is the new benchmark. The intensity of the aromas and falvours is something else. The nose offers smoky meaty plummy beetroot aromas, then the palate is rich and intense...mouth coating layers of rich raspberry, strawberry and plum then blueberry, liquorice and mocha. Nice little chew of tannins at the back end.
You will not be disappointed.
