This wine is delicious. Made by Seb Crowther and Jo Marsh (Billy Button). A mix of Vermentino, Gruner Veltliner, Manseng and Gewurztraminer. Aromas on the nose are salty, lemony and this flows to the palate working with a soft chalky texture across the palate and hints of white pepper.
Super smashable, if you like drinking white wine year round then this is perfect for right now.
