An off dry style, true Alsatian style Pinot Gris. Wet stone minerality balanced by aromas of forest floor vegetation combined with the Pinot Gris classic of pear skin. The palate is silky and slippery, just the right amount of texture to remind you this is a Pinot Gris. Stony minerality draws the guidelines around the rich pear and just the vaguest hint of zippy acidity. Great wine with a long finish.
