Daisies, Spring Blossom, Lemon Blossom and other White florals flood the nose, then green apples and white peaches. The palate is rich and ripe full of flavour...think tropical peach and apricot, maybe some green nectarine and a rich line of lime citrus through the middle. The texture is nicely creamy (maybe some lees work in tank?). Produced completely in stainless steel the flavours are pristine.
