"Lovely wine here, and shows excellent balance between flavour and restraint, gloss and creaminess, flint and crunch of acidity. Apple, ripe lime, some cinnamon and aniseed, almonds and more umami flavours. The finish offers zest and ripe apple, and again that savoury flourish. Length is excellent, and all up a fine thing to drink."
