Exquisite aromas of lemon peel, ginger and almond meal backed by flinty minerality. The palate is deliciously rich with a mix of oranges and yellow stonefruit (peaches and nectarines). Textures are wonderfully creamy folding in a hint of zippy acidity. Completely in balance and it goes for days.
