WOW. 3g/l residual and you would think there was more, the nose is lime salt minerality with white florals and Jasmine flower. The palate just wows, its rich creamy full of lemon and unripe apricot (you know that kind of ethereal apricot flavour when you get really good viognier – not flabby viognier) and the acid is just so perfectly integrated. Its there but just appears as hints.
