Nebbiolo can be done well in Australia, you just need the right winemaker and the right grapes. Strawberries and vague indian spice on the nose (cinnamon, cardamom, pepper) matching the red and white florals. A little bit heavier in body than expected, more medium than light. Juciy bright red fruit dominayes the palate with drying tannins into a long finish.
In a word? Yum.

“If you’re used to Adelina Nebbiolo, and like it, it’s fair to say this is more of the same. Poached strawberry, dusty spices, mint, some dried flower perfume, and a little nutty with it. Medium-bodied, crisp, but kind of soft too, all red fruits, a little new leather, fine chalk dust tannin, and a general squishy charm and fragrance, some orange peel and amaro flavour in the aftertaste. Always a lovely drink, feathery, charming, delicate, and no change here.”
