Gorgeous Yarra Valley Syrah, opening with flinty, white pepper and blackberries. But wait... there is more going on, the second act brings violets and spice. The palate is a mix of blue plums barberries and raspberries with more white pepper in the background. Tannis are grippy but work with the fleshy texture of this Syrah and the palate goes for days finishing with blueberries and more savoury spices.
