2021 Allies 'Assemblage' Pinot Noir - Mornington Peninsula

A blend of Mornington Pinot Noir vineyards. Silky and supple on the palate with delicate aromas on the nose. More red fruit than black fruit thanks to the vintage. The aromas are tart almost sour raspberries, rhubarb and white florals. The raspberries combine again with the rhubarb and some red currant flavours on the palate. There is a hint of savoury spice and fine grained tannins. Wonderful drinking, not a lot available.
