Chenin Blanc is the wine everyone should be drinking.
Strangely its lost on most people, but would suit Chardonnay lovers to a tee. Aromas of white peaches, red apples, minerality flood the nose. The palate is textural and creamy but thanks to the fresh acid finishes clean and crispy. Red apples continue across the palate. Not a technical term but...yummy.
