Ethereal notes at play here, if you are not looking for aromas and flavours you aren't drinking Gruner. Gruner is all about the nose and the textural match with food...did someone say Sashimi? Citrus, tropical melons and spice dance at the far reaches of your senses combining with a soft oily creamy texture across the tongue with essence of lemon pith and cooking spice.
You can guzzle this without food, but do yourself a favour and grab some raw fish.
