2019 Billy Button Riesling - King Valley

Given the number of varietals that Jo Marsh works with, unsurprisngly her Riesling is a cracker. Lemon and lime mix with white florals, there is that zesty note coming from the lemon and lime that has your mouth watering. The palate is crisp and dry with racy acidity. A big long line down the tongue of lime juice and minerality, very yummy (not a technical term I know).
