"An ersatz field blend of the two varieties, planted in the same dry-grown plot in Blewitt Springs. Hand picked and co-fermented wild in just three barrels. The result is sublime and among my favourite whites in the country. Lime blossom, tatami straw, porcini dashi and a luscious wave of plush, pungent and creamy lemon curd basting the mid-palate. Effusive and intense, from the attack to the long, nobly bitter finale. A seriously delicious wine."
