Why is it that when you spend around $20 on any other wine, the resulting purchase is usually quite linear and one dimensional. The expectations are built in. Chalk dust and lime play off againsts white florals and then the palate just delivers in spades...rich lime partners lemon sherbet and fairy floss. It is just a delight, great length and a delicate balance of acidity.
