But this is lovely really lovely, I could drink this on repeat it is so nice. Rich peppery blackberry and blueberry notes work well with the oaky background. The palate is smooth as silk and rich. It's what you expect of cool climate syrah...that all encompassing roundness when the flavour is everywhere at once and ever so welcoming. Round flavours of plums and blueberries mix with a soft chalky finish that seems to go forever.
