“The Oldest Wine House in Champagne, established by Pierre Gosset in 1584.”
50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir (including the addition of 8% red wine) from the villages of Avize, Ambonnay, Chouilly, Villers-Marmery, Verzenay… aged a minimum of 3 years on lees. No malolactic to retain freshness and precision and bottled with 9 g/l dosage. A delicate and graceful Rosé Champagne, cherries, field strawberries and Roses offer a nuanced perfume and the same flavours appear on the palate accompanied by a salty chalky mineral note. Great Rosé Champagne.
