This was the wine I kept going back to in a blind line up. And I had a slew of visitors during it too, and kept pouring them this one out of the brown paper bag.
Pale coloured garnet thing in glass. Transparent and yet tense, red cherry, rose hip tea, faint malt and pulverised rock characters. A swish of firming tannins, all stony and drying too, but finishes blood orange mouth-watering and pretty in a way. Very fresh, poised and pure, very long and fine, very good wine here. Very.
