Amber has produced some beautiful wine. The Surfer Rosa is a blend of Pinot Noir and Grenache, producing a rich but dry Rosé perfect for the coming Summer months. Vibrant notes of red fruit on the nose evolve into a richer yet elegant experience on the palate, wonderful savoury spice mixed with raspberries and wild strawberries flecked with hints of citrus.
