"A serious rosé is created in the tension that lies between the combination of fruit sweetness from the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay and the savoury herbaceous characters of the Cabernet Franc.
On the nose it protrudes rose petals, rhubarb and tomato leaf with sour cherries, strawberries and dried thyme on the palate. The acid balances the fruit profile with an interesting textural element from the pressing of the chardonnay and fume blanc barrels."
