With the fruit selected for ripeness and gentle tannin, Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir is the Estate’s most generous and early drinking Pinot. Each portion of the batch was matured individually in a mixture of new and older barrels for 15 months before assembling. It’s a fragrant, fleshy and already fully-open Pinot with plum, bramble and iodine-noted fruit and a lingering, saline close.
