This Nebbiolo is the business!
The aromas are all bright vegetative funkiness, layered with red fruit and hints of bitumen...so classic varietal Nebbiolo. The palate in a word? Yummy complex layers of gravelly earthy dark red fruit, goes for days. My suggestion is drink a couple now and then put the others down, this will only get better. If you do drink it early, this Nebbiolo works beautifully with hard cheeses.
