Again, the fruit is sourced from the Bit Of Heaven vineyard, this year’s blend is 80% Barbera and 20% Nebbiolo. Both parcels were processed as whole berries, fermented and macerated for 21 days before being pressed and racked to barriques (5-7 years old). The wine was matured for six months before being blended and bottled.
